Who runs this site

This site (ntkrv.dev) is operated by Nicolas Tokariev as a personal portfolio. For privacy questions, write to contact@ntkrv.dev.

What data is collected

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email, and message are stored to reply to you and may be forwarded to my work inbox. Legal basis: your consent / legitimate interest in answering an inbound enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / (f)).
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) kept for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 90 days.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. Collects pseudonymous traffic data (page views, device type, country) with IP anonymisation. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF protection, theme preference) are always set — the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies are off by default and only load after you press Accept in the consent banner.

Who your data is shared with

Contact-form messages are processed by my email provider (currently Gmail / Google Workspace). Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd (data controller for EEA) under their standard data processing terms.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Withdraw consent (analytics, marketing) at any time.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
